1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and requesting or renting a vehicle from Express Rent A Car ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to abide by and be bound by the terms, stipulations, and conditions outlined herein and in our standard rental agreement signed at vehicle checkout.

2. Driver Eligibility & Age

Renters are required to be at least 21 years of age. Renters between 21 and 24 years of age will be required to pay a surcharge. Certain vehicle rental restrictions will apply to underage renters. Drivers must present an acceptable valid Drivers License (licenses branded 'NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR FEDERAL PURPOSES' are not accepted).

3. Payment Methods & Security Deposit

Our preferred mode of payment is cash. We do accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) and debit cards. At the time of rental, renter must present payment in their name with available funds covering estimated charges plus refundable deposit ($100 to $150). Deposit will be refunded after rental car is returned and inspected.

4. Mileage Allowance

All these cars are with 100 miles free daily allowance. We have unlimited mileage rates also, please check with Manager at (301) 977-0902.

5. Cancellations & No Shows

Please be aware your reservation will be held for one hour past your scheduled date/time. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before this time, a $50 No Show charge will apply.

6. Cleaning & Smoking Policies

We ask for your help in keeping our vehicles smoke free. A $49.00 fee will be charged to customers who return vehicles that have been smoked in. Vehicles returned with pet hair, mud, food and beverage stains, etc., will be subject to a cleaning fee between $100 to $300.
